Janet McClay is a seasoned consultant with extensive experience in technical communication and content optimization. Currently employed at Stem, Inc. since March 2017, Janet applies best practices in content standardization and reviews documentation for clarity and accuracy. Previously, at Itron from March 2004 to August 2016, Janet served as Senior Manager of Technical Communication, leading teams that supported over 70 software and hardware components while developing long-term strategies.
