Ryan Pan is an independent photography professional and technology strategist who combines AI and cloud expertise to advance smart-power systems and accelerate the clean-energy transition. Currently, Ryan serves as a board member at Stem, Inc., providing expert guidance in energy optimization powered by AI. From 2014 to 2019, Ryan held the position of Director of Energy Transition Technology at Shell, where they led innovative projects in hydrogen, carbon capture, and renewable power while integrating AI tools to enhance data-driven decision-making. Ryan is pursuing a Master's degree in Computer Science at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
