Usama Akhter

Usama Akhter, M.Engg, CSSBB has a strong background in customer success operations and management. Usama began their career at Power Factors in 2019 as a Manager of Customer Success, overseeing customer satisfaction and support. Usama then moved on to AlsoEnergy in 2022, where they held the position of Director of Customer Success Operations. Most recently, they joined Stem, Inc. in 2023 as the Director of Customer Success Operations. Overall, Usama has demonstrated their expertise in providing excellent customer service and driving customer success in the renewable energy industry.

Usama Akhter, M.Engg, CSSBB completed a Master's degree in Engineering Management from the University of Ottawa. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) from ASQ - World Headquarters.
