The STEM Elevate Program is a transformative, year-long initiative that has been created to bridge the gender gap in STEM by supporting women to thrive professionally. The program is designed around three pillars — career development, leadership growth, and impact creation — to help offer a pathway for women to advance in STEM fields. Annually it aims to support 50 fellows.

STEM Elevate is proudly supported by mainly by the Henry Luce Foundation and our partners KNUST and Nexus Careers.
