Matteo Gambera

Matteo Gambera is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of Product and Head of Tech at Stema since August 2021, where responsibilities include rapidly developing and maintaining infrastructure using NoCode/LowCode solutions. Additionally, Matteo holds the positions of Head of Operations, focusing on internal process optimization, and Head of Content & Community, managing social media community engagement. Prior to Stema, Matteo worked as a Business Process Improvement Consultant at a Dental Laboratory from January 2019 to January 2021. Educational qualifications include an M.Sc. degree in Industrial Automation Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in the same field, both from Università degli Studi di Brescia, as well as a diploma from Liceo scientifico Leonardo.
