Amanda Smith, BSc, is a certified enterprise change practitioner and trained facilitator with over 20 years of experience in program development, system change, and communications within health-related industries. Amanda began their career as a laboratory biologist and has held leadership roles including Director of Change Management at STEMCELL Technologies and Provincial Director of Stakeholder Engagement at BC Clinical and Support Services. As a founder of two consulting firms, Amanda specialized in marketing communications for science-related companies. Currently, Amanda leads the Transformation Leadership Office at the Provincial Health Services Authority, focusing on optimizing collaboration and stakeholder engagement. Outside of work, they enjoy spending time with family, exploring food, reading, and traveling.
