Arwen Hunter, PhD, is the Director of Stem Cell Biology at STEMCELL Technologies. They earned a PhD in Pathology from The University of British Columbia, where they also completed their PhD candidacy from 2003 to 2008. Following this, Arwen served as a Postdoctoral Scholar at Stanford University School of Medicine from 2008 to 2011. They then joined STEMCELL Technologies, where they advanced from Senior Scientist to Associate Director before taking on the role of Director, contributing significantly to the field of stem cell biology. Arwen also holds a BSc in Biochemistry from the University of Victoria, which they completed from 1997 to 2002.
