Charles M. Stevens

Charles M. Stevens is a highly experienced senior scientist currently working at STEMCELL Technologies since April 2022. Previously, Charles held senior scientist and scientist roles in technology integration at Zymeworks Inc. from January 2017 to February 2022, focusing on novel protein engineering solutions for therapeutic molecule development. Prior experience includes serving as a postdoctoral fellow and project manager at BC Children's Hospital, where Charles conducted simulations and biochemical characterization of cardiac regulatory proteins. Charles earned a Ph.D. in Molecular Biology and Biochemistry from Simon Fraser University, where significant research included solving protein structures and mentoring students, and received a B.Sc. in Cellular Molecular and Microbial Biology from the University of Calgary.
