Daniel Dodd

Daniel Dodd, PhD, currently works as a Scientific Sales Representative at STEMCELL Technologies, focusing on the sale of cell culture supplies across Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky. Prior experience includes a role as a Research Scientist at InfinixBio and a prestigious position as a Presidential Fellow at The Ohio State University, where research contributed to a dissertation on immune cell-based gene therapies for cerebral ischemia and cancer. During this time, Daniel engaged in innovative research transforming myeloid-lineage cell types for gene therapy, explored immunotherapy techniques, and developed advanced methods for cell engineering. Additional roles include a Digital Communications Intern and Editor-in-Chief for the Journal of Undergraduate Research, with foundational education comprising a PhD in Biomedical Science and a Bachelor’s in Neuroscience from The Ohio State University.
