Freza Kaipa

Freza Kaipa is a seasoned professional with experience in program management, marketing, and customer service. At STEMCELL Technologies since March 2020, Freza holds the role of Senior Program Associate in New Product Introduction and previously served as Program Coordinator for Product Commercialization. Previous experience includes founding Zakumunda Express, a logistics and marketing company focused on bridging pricing gaps for rural farmers in Malawi, and working as a Sales and Marketing Agent for TELUS. Freza has also contributed to program coordination at Shad McGill, served as Co-VP of Marketing and Communication for the Hult Prize at McGill University, and represented the MasterCard Foundation at a conference organized by Save the Children Canada. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics from McGill University and a Professional Certificate in Business Analytics from Udacity, along with a fellowship from Venture for Canada.
