Joep de Hoon

Joep de Hoon currently serves as Senior Manager of Sales for Cell Culture in Europe at STEMCELL Technologies, a position held since March 2015, and has also occupied roles such as Regional Sales Manager and Scientific Sales Representative, focusing on support for life science researchers in Flanders and the Netherlands. Concurrently, Joep de Hoon is a PhD student at azM / Maastricht UMC+, conducting research on epigenetics in breast cancer, and has previously worked as a Research Assistant managing collaborations with multiple hospitals for the collection of patient tissue. Joep de Hoon's early experience includes a pre-doctoral traineeship at City of Hope and an MSc in Clinical Molecular Science from Maastricht University, where a junior internship focused on the role of mannose-binding lectin in intestinal ischemia-reperfusion.
