Kelly Hand is a seasoned professional in leadership development and organizational learning, currently serving as a Senior Learning Consultant at STEMCELL Technologies since September 2023. Previously, as a Senior Program Manager at Vail Resorts, Kelly managed an executive leadership program, blending business skill development with personal growth. Kelly's extensive experience includes roles such as Manager of Learning & Development at Whistler Blackcomb, Leadership & Executive Coach at Freehand, and Event Director for Cornucopia, a prominent food and wine festival. With a background as a national team athlete and coach in sailing, Kelly holds multiple degrees from the University of King's College and Dalhousie University, along with certifications in coaching and yoga instruction.
