Mark Benson

Mark Benson is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in systems engineering and technical support. Currently serving as a Senior Systems Engineer at STEMCELL Technologies since January 2016, Mark has advanced through various roles, including Systems Engineer and Systems Analyst. Prior experience includes network support at Group zed and Level 2 desktop support at Electronic Arts, where responsibilities involved high-end hardware troubleshooting, Active Directory administration, and network support. Earlier roles span diverse positions including IT support for Queensland Rail and Department of Education and Training in Australia, as well as snowboarding instruction at Grouse Mountain and Perisher Blue. Mark holds a Bachelor of Information Technology specializing in E-Commerce from Queensland University of Technology.
