Nadya Ogloff

Nadya Ogloff is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in learning and development within the biotechnology sector, particularly at STEMCELL Technologies since May 2012. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Workplace Learning Services, Nadya leads the global strategy for enterprise learning, focusing on skills development and innovative learning infrastructure. Previous roles include Senior Manager and Manager of Sales Learning & Development, where Nadya implemented sales enablement platforms and oversaw global training initiatives. With a strong background in sales training, technical support, and research, Nadya holds an MSc in Experimental Medicine and a BSc in Biotechnology from The University of British Columbia, along with a Diploma in Biotechnology from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
