Noel Sogueco

Noel Sogueco currently serves as the Facilities Manager WCM at STEMCELL Technologies, overseeing the maintenance department's development and implementation of advanced processes for routine and shutdown maintenance across global operations. Previously, Noel held several roles at Roche, including Utilities Team Leader and Utilities Supervisor, focusing on the supervision and improvement of Utilities Technicians through lean management practices. At Baxalta, Noel worked as Utilities Engineer II and Maintenance Engineer, managing clean utility operations and maintenance programs. Additionally, Noel has experience as an R&DSS Project Engineer at Procter & Gamble, MEP Coordinator at GS E&C, and Engineering Group Leader at Amherst Laboratories, where responsibilities included operations and maintenance program management and coordination of multi-discipline projects. Noel holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Mapúa University.
