Julie Squier

Julie Squier has extensive experience in finance and accounting. Their most recent role was as the VP of Finance at StemExpress, starting in December 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Global Controller at Blaize from July 2020 to December 2021. From July 2014 to February 2020, they held the position of Head of Finance & Controlling, Americas at Tecan, where they managed financial operations for the Americas division of the Swiss public company. Julie also worked at Clinipace Worldwide, where they served as the Regional Controller for Europe and the Middle East from October 2013 to July 2014, and later as the Corporate Controller from December 2003 to October 2013. Before that, they had roles as the Furnishings & Design Coordinator at NewHope Church from 2007 to 2009, the Vice President of Finance at American Management Partners, Inc. from January 1999 to August 2000, and the Vice President & Controller at Software Marketing Journal from August 1989 to October 1996. Julie began their career as a Senior Staff in Financial Reporting at Frank, Rimerman+ Co., CPAs from June 1986 to August 1989.

Julie Squier obtained a BBS in Management with a focus on Business Administration from Pacific Union College, where they studied between 1982 and 1987. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration degree in Accounting and Finance from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, where they graduated in the years 2014 to 2017.
