Elsie Harry

Elsie Harry is an urban and rural planner with multidisciplinary expertise and experience spanning Guyana, St. Kitts & Nevis, and China. They currently serve as a Fundraising Coordinator at STEMGuyana and hold the position of Monitoring and Evaluation Officer in the government. Elsie has lectured at the University of Guyana and works as a freelance urban and rural planner, focusing on sustainable transformation of communities. They were recognized as a 25 Influential Women Leaders awardee and have contributed to reparatory justice advocacy and social entrepreneurship. Elsie earned a Bachelor of Social Science with distinction from the University of Guyana and a Master of Engineering in Urban and Rural Planning from Beijing Jiaotong University.
