Nick Popper

Nick Popper began their work experience as a Senior Legal Counsel at VCX Software Limited in 1999. Nick then worked as a Consultant in Software and IP Licensing, starting in 2004. Nick joined BearingPoint Inc. in 2007 as an Associate Group Counsel, specializing in Global Commercial and Managed Services. Nick worked in private practice as a Senior Transactional Attorney for Software and Professional Services from 2009 to 2010. In 2010, Nick became a Senior Counsel at Savi Technology. Nick then moved to Spectris plc in 2011, where they held the position of Chief Counsel - Americas. Nick also worked as the Chief Counsel - Americas at Spectris Inc. from 2011 onwards. Currently, Nick serves as the VP and General Counsel at Stemilt Growers since 2023.

Nick Popper attended The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law from 1991 to 1994, where they earned a J.D. degree. Nick also graduated cum laude from the same institution. Prior to that, they studied International Relations at American University from 1982 to 1986, earning a BA degree.
