Swapnil Ghosh

Swapnil Ghosh is the Head of Development at Stemless. Swapnil was previously the CTO and Founder of Ghosh Techworx, and a Sr. Software Architect at Kragos Technologies. Swapnil has also worked as an Associate Developer at Galaxy Infosystems.

Ghosh has extensive experience in identifying opportunities and risks for delivering services, including competitive services, opportunities for innovation, and assessment of marketplace obstacles and technical hurdles to business success. Swapnil is also experienced in Selecting or defining the company’s software development methodology, defining and communicating company values and standards for acquiring or developing systems, equipment, or software, leading the execution of technology strategy for technology platforms, partnerships, and external relationships, providing visible leadership for the company within the technology community, and establishing technical standards and ensuring adherence to them for product development and company operations.

Swapnil Ghosh has a B.E. in Computer Technology from Nagpur University and Christ Church Boys' Senior Secondary School.

Their manager is Koushi Sunder, CEO. They are on a team with Venessa Robinson - Marketing Manager, Brian Shen - Director, Customer Success, and Sunder Nadarajah - Controller.
