Artur Zima has extensive experience in quality assurance and technical support roles. With a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics - Computer Control Option, Artur has worked with various companies such as STEMSOFT Software, Ensemble Systems Inc., IBBS, PARASUN TECHNOLOGIES INC, and EPIC DATA. Responsibilities include creating test plans, test cases, maintaining test automation frameworks, software testing, analyzing, documenting, and communicating testing results. Artur also has experience in providing technical support over the phone and on-site, configuring and troubleshooting middleware systems, and training new personnel in customer support departments.
