Nick Schallmo

Nick Schallmo has a strong background in construction with over 20 years of experience. Nick began their career as a Project Manager at Graycor Industrial Constructors, Inc. in 2002 and worked there for 8 years. In 2010, they joined Brix Corporation as a Group Vice President for a little over a year. Nick then moved on to Aristeo Construction, where they held the position of Senior Estimator from 2011 to 2014. Following that, they worked as a Construction Manager at Graycor from 2015 to 2016. In 2017, they became a Senior Estimator at Aristeo Construction for a year. Finally, they joined Stenco Construction in 2018 as the General Manager until 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Estimator at Stenco Construction, a role they have been in since January 2022.

Nick Schallmo earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Michigan State University in the years 1998-2002. Nick also obtained additional certifications including Construction Quality Management from the US Army Corps of Engineers in September 2010 and OSHA 30 from the US Department of Labor - OSHA in 2008.
