Mayya Malenko

Mayya Malenko has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Mayya is currently working at Stenn Technologies as a Sales Lead since April 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Tinkoff as the Head of Loyalty Programs BD from April 2022 to April 2023. In 2021, they held multiple roles at OZON.ru, including Head of Asia from December 2021 to March 2022, Head of Business Development Korea and Japan from July 2021 to December 2021, Head of Business Development Korea at Ozon Global from April 2021 to July 2021, and Investment Analyst at Ozon Global from December 2020 to April 2021. Mayya also has experience as a PhD student at Yonsei University and a Korean Language Program student at Pai Chai University. In addition, they worked as a Research Assistant at the Centre for Comprehensive European and International Studies, a Credit Risk Manager at Korea Trade Insurance Corporation (Ksure), a Business Analyst at VentureClub, and a LEAN and Process Management and Continuous Improvement Group Intern at Raiffeisen Bank Russia. Lastly, they were a member of the IT-project team in the BCG-MSU joint project "Master's of the Future" at The Boston Consulting Group.

Mayya Malenko holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from the Higher School of Economics, which they obtained in 2015. Mayya then pursued a Master's degree in Economics at the same institution from 2016 to 2018. In 2019, they attended Paichai University and studied Korean Language and Literature for a year. Currently, they are a PhD student at Yonsei University, specializing in Economics. In terms of certifications, Mayya obtained the TOEFL IBT certification from ETS in April 2018 and also holds a GRE certification from ETS Global B.V., which they obtained in November 2014. Additionally, they received the TOPIK (Test of Proficiency in Korean) certification from the National Institute for International Education (NIIED) in January 2020.
