Richie Root

Richie Root is currently the Director of Billing at Steno, where they also serve as the Director of Provider Operations. Prior to this, Richie was a Billing Manager at Steno and worked in various roles including Sales Support, Billing, and Training at Barkley Court Reporters from 2018 to 2021. They were a writer for the hit musical "Voldemort and the Teenage Hogwarts Musical Parody," which showcased at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival from 2018 to 2020, and began their career as a transcriptionist at Flying Fingers Transcription from 2015 to 2018. Richie is pursuing a degree in Musical Theatre at UC Irvine.
