Aydan Mikayil

Aydan Mikayil, MBA, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in various accounting and finance roles. Currently serving as Finance Manager at stenon since January 2025, Aydan previously worked at pentahotels as a General Ledger Accountant from February 2018 to December 2024 and held positions as an Accountant specializing in AP/AR. Aydan's career also includes roles at The International Bank of Azerbaijan as Deputy Representative in Germany and Senior Specialist in the FI Central Treasury Department, as well as experience at SOCAR and GAZPROM Germania GmbH in finance and controlling functions. Aydan began the career with internships at PwC and Access Bank, gaining valuable insights into the banking and finance sector. Educational achievements include an MBA from Touro Berlin and a previous degree in Business Administration Management with a major in Finance.
