Emma Cooper is a skilled marketing executive with extensive experience in various roles within the fashion and creative marketing sectors. Presently serving as a Marketing Executive at STEP – Advising Families Across Generations since November 2022, Emma previously held the same position at Consensus Support Services from September 2019 to November 2022. Prior experience includes a role as a Marketing Assistant at Natural Instinct and positions in merchandising and supervision at Phoenix Footwear and Primark Stores Ltd, respectively. Emma's early career involved participation in fashion events, such as serving as a Backstage Organiser and Dresser Assistant at London Fashion Week. Educated at the University of Southampton with a BA Hons in Fashion Marketing, Emma also holds A Levels in Media, Business Studies, and English Language, along with eight GCSEs.

STEP is the worldwide professional association for those advising families across generations, offering training and development to a global network of trust and estate practitioners. All STEP members belong to a branch or chapter that provides professional development and opportunities to network with peers at a local level.
