Erin Kniesel

Erin Kniesel currently serves as the Contract and Credentialing Manager at Step Ahead ABA since May 2024. Previously, Erin held the position of Director of Patient Services-Operations at Learning ARTS from June 2015 to May 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing the transition of the cancellation and scheduling department from a paper-based system to an online platform, aimed at optimizing resource utilization for over 500 patients and staff. Prior to that, Erin worked as an Account Sales Representative at Ray Morgan Company from August 2012 to May 2017. Erin's educational background includes studies at Hartnell College.
