Marc Joos

Marc Joos has been in the IT industry for 16 years, beginning in 2004 with Strategic Communications as an Account Executive. In 2008, they joined SKC Communication Products as a Regional Account Executive, followed by CBTS as a Senior Account Manager in 2016. Most recently, they have been with STEP CG as a Regional Sales Executive since 2020. During their time with STEP CG, Marc has specialized in working with K-12 and city/county government clients. Marc also holds multiple certifications from NEC.

Marc Joos attended the University of Cincinnati from 1995 to 2000. Marc has obtained several certifications since then, including an Extreme Sales Specialist certification from Extreme Networks in October 2022, a Vertical Markets: Education certification from Vertiv in October 2022, an ESS – Cloud Networking certification from Extreme Networks in September 2021, an ESS – ExtremeWireless certification from Extreme Networks in May 2021, a Customer Vision Selling Foundation certification from Extreme Networks in October 2020, an NSE 2 Network Security Associate certification from Fortinet in October 2022, and an NSE 1 Network Security Associate certification from Fortinet in September 2022.
