Mitch Needles has over 16 years of experience in the sales and business development industry. In 2018, they began their current role as Regional Account Manager at STEP CG. Prior to this, they worked as an Account Executive at Data Network Solutions from 2017 to 2018. From 2014 to 2017, they were the Director of Business Development at SYNNEX, providing vision, strategic direction and tactical implementation to grow the Avaya product line. From 2002 to 2014, they worked as a Sales Manager at ScanSource Catalyst, where they were responsible for leading an energetic team of sales professionals and developing strategic initiatives for recruiting new resellers.

Mitch Needles earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
