Mikhail Gribov

Mikhail Gribov is the Industrial Construction Department Director at STEP Construction, a position held since 2008. Mikhail began their career as an Assembly Fitter and has held various positions within the construction industry, contributing expertise as a foreman and chief engineer. They earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tashkent Polytechnic Institute and further specialized in welding technology.
