Beka T. is the Co-Founder and COO at Step Energy, where they bring extensive experience in the renewables and environment industry. Previously, they served as Regional Manager for Southwestern Europe at AE SOLAR from 2018 to 2020. Beka holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business and Finances from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Saint Louis University. They completed their high school education at the Guivy Zaldastanishvili American Academy in Tbilisi.
