Kristy Lagle is the Head of Customer Experience and Community at Step. Kristy was previously the VP Community Operations at Deliv, where they built and managed a team responsible for scaling and optimizing Deliv’s crowdsourced driver operations. Led team responsible for driver onboarding, performance, and engagement across 35 markets and 1400 cities. Prior to that, they were the Sr Director Business Operations at Simply Hired, where they managed a team responsible for providing business insights and actionable data product.

Lagle began their career at Luminate Inc, where they served as Compliance Officer and was responsible for development and operations of new image ad product. When Luminate was acquired by Yahoo!, Lagle transitioned to Readyforce, where they became the Head of Community Operations.
