Len Hall

Len Hall is the Director of Global Quality at The Step2 Company, where they have been responsible for overseeing domestic and international quality across multiple rotational molding facilities and vendors since 2012. Prior to this role, Len served as the Director of Corporate Quality at Lamson and Sessions from 1996 to 2008. Additionally, Len has held the position of Director of Quality and Compliance at The Step2 Company since 2008. They earned a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management from Kent State University and are certified as a Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma Black Belt from the same institution.
