Tim Gilbert

Tim Gilbert, MBA, SPHR, serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at The Step2 Company since April 2024. Previously, Tim held the position of Vice President of Human Resources and Employee Experience at Mid-West Forge Corporation from June 2021 to April 2024. Tim's experience also includes roles as HR Director for both Commercial and Manufacturing Operations at Associated Materials and a series of HR management positions at Aleris, including Sr. HR Manager for North America. Tim began the career at Perdue Farms as a Human Resources Manager and gained early experience as a Graduate Intern at Western Kentucky University and an International Leadership Consultant with Phi Delta Theta Fraternity. Tim holds an MBA and a BA in Corporate and Organizational Communication from Western Kentucky University.
