Shannon Thomas

Shannon Thomas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and development. Currently serving as Senior Product Manager at Step3 since April 2021, Shannon specializes in building solutions that enhance engagement through Web3 rewards. Prior roles include Chief Product Officer at Otixo, Inc., Director of Product at Lili and Quotology, and Director of Product at Maskd, where Shannon developed various innovative platforms, including social networks and messaging applications. As Founder and CEO of Otixo, Inc., Shannon established a cloud collaboration application. Additional experience includes UI design and development at Querysoft, GmbH, Senior UI Designer at Turquoise Technology, Inc., and leadership in corporate web presence at Visual Numerics. Shannon holds a Bachelor of Science in Creative Writing from Northeastern Illinois University and attended the University of Colorado Boulder.
