Aidil Jasmin is an EHS Manager with extensive experience in executing local and corporate environmental, health, and safety (EHS) programs. Currently, Aidil is responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance at the Jurong Island Plant, Main Office, and R&D Lab while providing technical advisory to the global Corporate EHS Steering Committee. Previously, Aidil held roles as a Senior EHS Engineer at Stepan Asia Pte Ltd and a Safety & Health Specialist at Lanxess Butyl Singapore Pte Ltd. Aidil's dedication to cultivating a strong safety culture has earned numerous accolades, including multiple safety awards from various organizations. Aidil is also pursuing a BSc (Hons) in Safety, Health and Environmental Management at Leeds Beckett University.
