Andre' Ceasar

Andre' Ceasar is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in reliability engineering and maintenance management across various industries. Currently serving as Regional Reliability Engineer for Stepan Company since September 2020, Andre' is responsible for implementing engineering solutions and reliability programs to enhance plant performance in North America. Previous roles include Maintenance Engineering Team Lead and Site Reliability Engineer at Hexion Inc., where Andre' supervised maintenance crews and provided reliability support for chemical units. Other positions held include Maintenance Engineering Manager at Nova Molecular Technologies and Mechanical Reliability Specialist at Ascend Performance Materials. Andre' developed a strong foundation in operational excellence, having begun a career at Cargill Inc. as Reliability Supervisor/Project Manager, and further back in management roles at P.F. Chang's China Bistro and Hard Rock International. Andre' holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology from the University of Houston.
