Andy Pavlenko

Andy Pavlenko has extensive experience in cost accounting, currently serving as a Senior Cost Accountant at Stepan Company since 2019. Prior to this role, Andy worked as a Cost Accounting Analyst at Tyson Foods from 2017 to 2019, and as a Cost Accountant at Baptista's Bakery/Snyder's-Lance, Inc. from 2013 to 2017. Early in the career, Andy held the position of Cost Analyst at AAM, formerly Grede Holdings LLC, from 2012 to 2013. Andy holds a Master of Science (M.S.) in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
