Anil Singh

Anil Singh is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality management and operations across various industries. Currently serving in Global Quality at Stepan Company since January 2016, Anil has been instrumental in transforming quality culture through proactive risk management and leading the redesign of the quality organization from 18 different sites. Prior to this role, Anil was the Director of Operations Quality at McCain Foods, overseeing quality management across 19 North American plants and customer quality management for the export market. Anil's earlier career included positions at Motorola, Inc. as Manager of Supplier Engineering and Process Commonality Lead, as well as a role as Lead Process Engineer at Motorola Solutions. Anil holds an MBA in Management Information Systems and Finance, along with a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Illinois Chicago and RV College of Engineering, respectively.
