Ashley Leroi is an experienced R&D technician specializing in synthesis and processes within the chemical industry. Currently at Stepan Company since April 2019, Ashley has been involved in the development of new products, polymer synthesis, and manufacturing scale-up, while also improving processes and supporting local production. Previous experience includes work at Adisseo, where Ashley focused on a novel process for methionine production and developed analytical methods, and at Arkema, where synthesis of a new electrolyte for batteries was conducted.
