Bob Li

Bob Li is an experienced sales professional with a strong background in leading sales, marketing, and customer service teams across the Asia Pacific and Middle East regions. Currently serving as the Regional Sales Director at Stepan Company since July 2014, Bob previously held key positions such as the Sales & Marketing Department Head at LyondellBasell, where responsibilities included managing propylene oxide sales and joint venture company P&L in the Greater China region. Earlier roles include Sales Manager at Bayer MaterialScience, overseeing a significant annual sales revenue in polyurethane system materials, and Account Manager at GE, focusing on specialty products in East China. Bob Li holds an MBA in General Management from Fudan University, a Master’s in Biochemical Engineering from UCL, and a Bachelor’s in Polymer Science from Dalian University of Technology.
