Christopher McAvoy has over 25 years of experience in software development and application support, currently serving as a Microsoft Power Platform Developer at Stepan Company since September 2008. In this role, Christopher focuses on the creation, updates, and support of canvas and model-based applications utilizing the Power Platform, Dataverse, SharePoint, and M365 tools. Prior positions at Stepan Company included Software Specialist 3, involved in Lotus Notes development and web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ASP, ASP.NET, and C#. Additional experience includes roles as a Lotus Notes/Web Developer and a Programmer for other organizations, as well as early career work as a Veterinary Assistant. Christopher holds a degree from Northwestern University, completed between 1994 and 1997.
