David Milner has extensive experience in Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security (EHSS) management, currently serving as the Director of Health & Safety at Hunt Refining Company since November 2015. Milner also holds the position of Senior ESSH Manager at Ascend since September 2012, overseeing the EHSS and Responsible Care programs for a facility with 250 employees and over 150 contractors, and actively contributes to the Site Leadership Team. Additionally, at Stepan Company since September 1998, Milner has taken on several roles including Director of Environmental, Health, Safety & Security, focusing on regulatory compliance and global EHS responsibilities across multiple manufacturing sites.
