Eric Hernandez

Eric Hernandez has extensive experience in sales and marketing, currently serving as the Director of Sales & Marketing for the Asia Pacific region at STEPAN since January 2006, where responsibilities include developing and implementing strategies across various territories. Previously, Eric held the position of Business Manager for Functional Products Asia, overseeing the business unit focused on agriculture and emulsion polymerization. Prior to joining STEPAN, Eric was the Country Manager for W.R. Grace in the Philippines from April 2002 to March 2005, managing operations in the country. Eric holds an MBA in Business Administration from De La Salle University and a degree from Mapúa University.
