Eva Steingold

Eva Steingold is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training and talent management. Currently serving as a Senior Learning and Talent Management Specialist at Stepan Company since April 2024, Eva previously held the position of Learning and Talent Management Specialist at the same organization from March 2020 to April 2024. Prior to this, Eva worked as a Sales Training Manager at Wolters Kluwer Legal & Regulatory US, where responsibilities included creating training programs and managing the Learning Management System (LMS). Additional experience includes roles as a Training Specialist at AmerisourceBergen, Trainer/Training Coordinator at New Century Mortgage, Sr. Performance Technologist at Washington Mutual, and Project Manager/Trainer at Aon Hewitt. Eva holds a Master’s Degree in Training and Development as well as a Graduate Certificate in the same field from Roosevelt University, along with a Bachelor's Degree in Secondary Education English from Indiana University Bloomington.
