Felipe Colares

Felipe Colares is an experienced professional in the field of food engineering and process development, currently holding the position of Gerente de Desenvolvimento de Processos at Stepan Company since July 2010, where responsibilities include production and analytical research for Stepan processes. Felipe's career began in March 2010 as a Quality Control Tech. III at Stepan Company, progressing from an intern to a trainee in quality control. Additionally, a short tenure as Assessor de Marketing at Funcional Tecnologia e Consultoria em Alimentos involved the establishment and marketing initiatives of the company. Earlier experience includes working as a Técnico Químico at the Centro de Tecnologia de Alimentos e Apoio Empresarial, focusing on physical-chemical and microbiological analyses, laboratory supervision, and quality assurance systems.
