Heidi Vincent

Heidi Vincent is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in project management and engineering across various industries. Currently serving as Project Engineering Manager at Stepan Company since April 2021, Heidi leads a team in delivering projects that prioritize safety and adhere to budget and schedule constraints. Prior roles include Project Manager at BP, where responsibility encompassed managing teams to design and construct emission management systems, and Senior Project Engineer at Monsanto, overseeing capital projects for the Phosphorus production facility. With a solid background at DuPont, Hemlock Semiconductor Corporation, Dow Corning, and Kimberly-Clark, Heidi has consistently demonstrated strong leadership in managing complex projects from conception through commissioning. Heidi holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology.
