Jamil Allen

Jamil Allen, MBA has extensive experience in environmental engineering and compliance management. At Stepan Company, Jamil is currently the Commercial Director, Specialty Products, overseeing profit and loss management, talent management, strategy, and compliance. Prior to this role, Jamil held positions such as Senior Compliance Manager and Compliance Manager at the same company. Jamil previously worked at Alcoa Fastening Systems and Alcoa in various environmental engineering roles. With a BS in Civil Engineering from Penn State University and an Executive MBA from NYU Stern School of Business, Jamil has a strong foundation in both technical and business management skills.
