Marcin Brzeziński

Marcin Brzeziński is the Senior European Technical Manager at Stepan Company, where they have advanced from Technical Development Specialist to Senior Technical Manager, overseeing R&D projects and representing the company at major European exhibitions. Prior to this role, Marcin worked as a Chemist and Senior Chemist at various companies within the Selena Group, where they managed R&D projects focused on polyurethane synthesis and adhesive development. They hold a Master’s Degree in Materials Engineering, specializing in functional polymers and polyurethanes, from Wroclaw University of Science and Technology, as well as completing the Emerging Leaders Program in Organizational Leadership at Stepan.
