Muriel Bailly

Muriel Bailly is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in leading HR initiatives and programs. Since March 2014, Muriel has served as the Head of Human Resources for Stepan Company in France, where responsibilities include defining and implementing HR policies related to compensation, talent acquisition, development, and Diversity & Inclusion, as well as acting as a business partner for organizational and employee development. Prior to this role, Muriel was a Human Resources Business Partner at Vencorex from May 2005 to February 2014, providing consulting and support for managers on various HR matters including recruitment, employment law, and career management. Muriel holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Université Grenoble Alpes and a High School Diploma in Chemistry from the same institution.
