Mya Deloatch

Mya DeLoatch is a Maintenance Engineer at Stepan Company since August 2019, with prior experience as a Mechanical Equipment Engineer at Praxair, Inc. from July 2014 to July 2019, where Mya led engineering for rotating and static equipment on capital projects. Mya's background includes participation in the Hydrogen Technical Orientation Program (HyTOP) and relevant online training in the Hydrogen and Carbon Monoxide process, as well as Methanol and Formaldehyde production. Mya began a career in leadership and engineering with roles such as Supervisor at Iowa State University Dining, Low Pressure Fuel System Engineering Intern at GE Transportation, and Engineering Intern with the US Army Corps of Engineers. Mya holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and Environmental Studies from Iowa State University, earned in 2013.
